Shane O’Donoghue is a leading golf broadcaster. Since 2004, he has been a member of the prestigious BBC TV commentary team, widely recognised as the finest broadcasters of the sport in the world. Shane moved into the role of interviewer/reporter with the team in 2008 and samples of his work are available to view in this section. 2010-The Year Ahead In 2010, Shane continues in the role of interviewer/reporter for the BBC’s live coverage from the Masters Tournament at Augusta National in April. He will also be with the team during the 2010 season, covering the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, the Barclays Scottish Open at Loch Lomomd and most notably at Open Championship at St Andrews. Shane will also be commentating on a variety of womens events on the Ladies European Tour this year, in addition to working with European Tour Productions at theis year’s 3 Irish Open at Killarney Golf & Fishing Club in County Kerry at the end Inside The Ropes Shane is very much in-demand as a golf MC, counting the European Tour and IMG amongst his growing list of premium clients.
