Niche Media was set up in 2007 by Shane and Clare Louise O’Donoghue. The company provides the following services:

About Clare Louise O’Donoghue:

Clare Louise has over ten years experience working in Amateur and Professional Golf in Ireland, having worked for the Golfing Union of Ireland for 5 years (the governing body for amateur golf). Subsequently, she moved into the professional side of the game in 2004 and has worked at European Tour events such as the WGC-American Express World Golf Championship at Mount Juliet and the Smurfit European Open at The K Club in the areas of Media Liaison, PR and Promotional Activity. In addition, she has worked on a freelance basis for the European Tour’s Communications Department at events in the UK namely the HSBC World Matchplay at Wentworth G.C. and The Heritage Championship at Woburn G.C. in 2004.

From 2004-2007 Clare Louise worked on the AIB Irish Seniors Open on the European Seniors Tour, with direct responsibility for all below-the-line promotional activity for Press, TV & Radio; writing and circulating press releases, organising the event Media Days, handling media accreditation and running the Media Centre during the week of the Championships.

A graduate of Dublin City University, Clare Louise is fluent in German and Spanish with an Honours Degree in Applied Languages (Translation with Interpreting). She also speaks French fluently.
